There is no direct "upgrade" button from Drupal 7 to Drupal 11 — the underlying architecture changed fundamentally between D7 and D8. Migration is a structured data-and-code transformation project. Here's what that actually means:
We inventory every module, custom code block, content type, view, and integration on your D7 site. Output: a detailed migration scope document with effort estimates.
We design the D11 content model, decide which contrib modules to use, and plan integrations. Sometimes this is a 1-to-1 map; sometimes it's an opportunity to simplify.
We set up Drupal 11 with all required modules, configure content types and fields, and build or port the theme to a modern base (Olivero, custom, or headless).
Drupal's core Migrate API is used to move nodes, taxonomy, users, files, and custom entities. We write and test migration plugins for every content type, including custom fields.
D7 hooks are rewritten as D11 services, plugins, and event subscribers. We port or replace any contrib modules that no longer exist in D11.
